The rep that dealt with us (Nathen Poster) was not pushy at all. He answered all the questions that we put to him very well. And this gave us confidence that we were buying what we wanted. My son-in-law purchased a Megane two years ago and he has been well pleased with the after sale service.

Masters Mazda were great because they were very friendly and accommodating, offered a test drive within minutes of our unannounced initial visit and had a good selection of vehicles to look at in each class. We looked at other manufacturers and none gave anywhere near the service Mazda did, especially the two Phils. They knew their cars and even though there were a couple of areas that needed addressing pre and post delivery of our chosen car, they carried these out speedily and to a satisfactory conclusion. Having bought Ford previously and experienced frankly terrible service both pre and post sales I was extremely pleased that Mazda are absolutely nothing like them, needless to say the experience was easy and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend that your next car be a Mazda - you would not be disappointed!

My experience at Masters Renault was positive because the friendly atmosphere and everyone was so helpful... Bobby showed me everything I needed/wanted to see and more and he carried on looking untill he found my the right car for me.

All my questions were answered and the vehicle I proposed buying was presented in immaculate condition. There is still a lot I have to learn as the Phev has so much IT based control that will take a while to sink in. However any queries I have had have been answed by sales staff immediately.

The experience at Masters Mitsubishi was good but I did have to take the car back to the repair garage as the engine light came on due to misfiring spark plugs. Surely this would have been picked up pre sale? Though was fixed and no further issues to date.

I'd endorse Masters Mitsubishi because they seemed professional without being too pushy. The two team members, (Matthew & Mark?) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the model (Nissan Qashqai). We were also impressed with the pre-service/MOT arrangement on this 2nd hand model. We have had no problems so far with our purchase but are secure in the knowledge that we have a warranty if anything unexpected does happen with the car. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to a friend.
I'd endorse Masters Mitsubishi because friendly and no bull.
