The 138bhp E-Tech is the most powerful Clio, yet still manages to emit only 98g/km of CO2 (WLTP) and returns impressive fuel economy of up to 64.2mpg (WLTP). Combining electric and combustion engines with an efficient automatic Multi-mode gearbox, the Clio E-Tech consumes up to 40% less fuel compared to a conventional petrol engine when driving on the motorway or in the city. Due to being a full hybrid there's no range anxiety and no requirement to plug-in to charge.
Thanks to the instant responsiveness from its electric engines, drivers can enjoy speedy acceleration and 80% of city driving time with all-electric power. The new-generation 1.6-litre petrol engine is accompanied by two electric motors, a High-voltage Starter Generator (HSG) and an innovative, efficient multi-mode clutch-less gearbox.

The most efficient, dynamic and advanced Captur to date, the All-New Captur E-Tech Plug-in Hybrid is Renault's first plug-in hybrid vehicle. Developed based on Renault's innovative and exclusive E-Tech technology, using knowledge derived from the Renault F1 team, along with the All-New Clio E-Tech.
Suitably prepared for any journey, thanks to its two electric motors, drivers can opt for full-electric mode when city driving or switch to hybrid mode for longer-distance. On longer journeys, the petrol engine and electric motors work in conjunction with each other to maximise fuel economy.
Just like the petrol and diesel powered Captur, the E-Tech model is fully customisable from the interior to the exterior so you can tailor the car to be as individual as you are.
Drivers don't only benefit from lower running costs, the plug-in hybrid also emits exceedingly low levels of CO2 at only 34g/km. Despite the low emissions and cheaper running costs, the Captur E-Tech still provides an enjoyable drive, delivering 158bhp from the combination of a 1.6-litre petrol engine, a 9.8kWh battery and two electric motors.
The Hybrid crossover SUV has a full-electric range of 30 miles and it starts silently as it uses the main electric motor to start in full electric mode. Reversing is also always in electric mode.
You gain the best of both worlds with the Captur E-Tech as you can drive short distances without consuming fuel, yet tackle longer distance journeys without worrying about the driving range.

Charging times vary depending on temperature, battery wear, power delivered by the station and battery charge level. However, for added reassurance, the traction battery comes with an 8 year/100,000 mile warranty.
Demonstrating the best of the Renault Megane with all the benefits of a Plug-in Hybrid vehicle, the Renault Megane Sport Tourer E-Tech Plug-in Hybrid is the definition of the best of both worlds with minimal noise and immediate acceleration.
Synergy between the electric motors and the petrol engine ensure long journeys are easily achievable and the vehicle will automatically choose the optimal driving mode for maximised fuel efficiency. On the other hand, for an emission free drive, full-electric mode can be maintained for up to 40 miles.
During 2021, the E-Tech Plug-in Hybrid will also be available as a Megane hatchback version.
Full-electric mode can be experienced for 30 miles up to a speed of 85mph in mixed cycle (WLTP) and 40 miles in urban cycle (WLTP City). Range doesn't need to be a concern when travelling on longer journeys, the versatile E-Tech hybrid is able to run using traditional fuel rather than just battery power alone.
