Update from our Managing Directors
Temporary closure of all our Dealerships
Like all businesses within the UK and indeed, worldwide, we are closely monitoring the impact that COVID-19 is having on our company, our colleagues, customers, business partners and the wider community very seriously.
We are very much aware and respectful of the Government's message. That all UK citizens and businesses must play their part to protect the most vulnerable in our society and to ensure that the NHS can care for the inevitable, increased number of patients in the coming days and weeks.
For these reasons, the Board of Directors has decided to close all Masters Group showrooms and parts department to customers from the close of business today, Tuesday 24th March.
To help alleviate any anxieties you may have we have also produced a FAQ information page that provides wide-ranging information. We will keep this service updated as the challenge persists and we look forward to providing you with the fullest service you expect and deserve as soon as our Government advises us that the current restrictions are being lifted.

Our workshops will, however, remain open for work already booked in to be completed, to allow us to honour bookings up to the 27 March. And will then support the sales teams to prepare purchased cars for delivery to our customers.
We are not taking any new bookings for aftersales until the 14th April at the earliest; this is subject to change. Please do not book earlier appointments for a service or MOT.
During this time, please do not visit our showrooms or workshops; however, you can make enquires online.

We want to thank our colleagues for their dedication over the last few weeks as we have together navigated our way through this challenge. They have all been amazing, and I am immensely proud of what we have achieved.
Over the coming days, the Master's team will work together, to care for our customers and look after each other's well-being. We find ourselves in a situation that we have not had to deal with before; we are entering uncharted territory and will be learning and adapting as we travel along this path.
If you would like to follow our progress, we will use our social media pages to keep you updated on everything our teams are doing to support their communities.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate these uncharted waters.
