Duncan has been in the motor trade since leaving school, rather a long time ago . . . . .

With more than 10 years Citroën experience, Duncan has most of the answers to hand and certainly knows the people to ask when he needs to. 

Duncan has been married to Sandra for 26 years, and has two children, Andrew ( 21 )and Kathryn ( 18 ).  Andrew is in his last year at City University and Kathryn studying for A levels. 

Although not normally a first point of contact, Duncan is happy to hear from customers with any ideas or suggestions on how Masters can improve the customer experience.  Furthermore, in the unlikely event that a Department Manager is unable to solve a problem, Duncan is only a phone call away and will do everything possible to help.

Martin lives locally and when he joined Masters Citroën it was his first motor trade job after previously working in the competitive mobile phone industry for Sagem.  Martin's father is also in the industry, but works for a competitor, so we don't talk about him ! 

Shortly before becoming a member of the Masters team, Martin took himself around the world for six months visiting Asia, Australia, North America and South Africa.

He is often the first person you see entering the dealership, as his desk is close to the showroom entrance.   You have been warned !

Shuk joined the Masters Citroën team in 2006 - her first job in the motor trade.  Previously she was a Sales Consultant at Harrods, so knows how to treat customers properly.

She lives locally, so understands the requirements of local market very well and is already enjoying considerable success in her new role.  Best of all,  Shuk is really enjoying the job at Masters, with a new challenge every day.

Sherry has worked for Masters since May 2001.  She is responsible for the complete administration of the Sales Department, and keeping the Sales Team in check !

Sherry is the person most likely to answer the phone when you call and is always happy to help. 

Ed retired.  After perhaps 5 minutes, he decided that a part time job would keep him busy, and joined Masters Citroën. 

Ed now drives for us and always treats vehicles with great care.  Always happy to help, you will find him out around and about the dealership every day until lunchtime.

Ed might be delivering cars, assisting customers or accompanying them on demonstartions, even making tea - and always with a smile !

Ed has worked for the Masters Group since 1993 ( yes, he is that old .  .).

He joined the Citroen branch when we opened, and has prepared almost every car we have sold since then. Ed is a fully trained expert in the Autoglym paint and interior protection treatments we recommend.

Ed lives in Bromley with his family and always brings a smile to work with him.  Nobody we've ever seen can prepare a car so professionally, and when required, in so little time.

Paul joined the Masters Citroën team in February 2008 and brings with him a wealth of experience to strengthen the department.

Paul lives with his family locally in Beckenham, and his priority is to deliver our customers the highest level of service every time.

For any Citroen service enquiries, Paul and his team are the natural first choice.

Howard is another Masters employee who just keeps coming back.  Now in his third spell working for us, Howard is responsible for all Citroën warranty functions.  This time, he's been with us for 17 years and we don't think we'll get rid of him again !

Howard lives locally and would like to move to France one day, 'for the peace and quiet'.  We think that's rubbish and he just wants to be totally surrounded by Citroëns in their native environment !

Tim has worked for Masters for more than 20 years, and now leads our successful Body Repair Centres from the Citroen Service location in Beckenham.

Tim started as an apprentice and worked his way up, so he knows a thing or two about crash repairs and the importance of getting the repair right.

Tim will happily supply a comprehensive estimate for insurance companies and private customers alike.  Tim askes you to remember that we don't just repair Citroën vehicles and the company has over 40 years experience of  quality repairs and reconditioning of all makes.

 Peter has worked for Masters Group for more than 20 years.  He started at Bromley Motor Works, which became Autobahn VW and has served his time at The Chinese Garage and now runs an efficient parts operation for Masters Citroën.

Working with Tina, these two make up our 'Dynamic Duo'.  As he's in charge, perhaps we should rename him Batman !

 Tina has worked for Masters since 2001.  She organises our bodyshop parts supply, dealing with numerous suppliers to ensure customers cars are ready on time.

Although a major part of the 'Dynamic Duo', we would suggest you don't call her Robin !
